He has diverse experience in various industries, particularly in business consultancy, where he provides strategic advice on contracts and negotiations. He evaluates the company's financial and operational structures to enhance efficiency. Additionally, he has expertise in commodities import/export and general trading, with extensive retail and marketing experience. Mr. Surendran is responsible for the company's overall marketing strategy and sales performance. His broad management background enables him to effectively contribute to achieving the company’s objectives.
Mrs. Nodira Mukhamadalieva is a citizen of Uzbekistan. She holds an MSc from Hiroshima University in Japan and is currently pursuing her PhD at a well-known university in Malaysia. Additionally, she is one of the founders of the Malaysia BizTech Center, where she also serves as CEO.
With extensive knowledge in business and hospitality management, Mrs. Mukhamadalieva has traveled to multiple countries, which has enhanced her focus on business development. She is a dedicated professional driven to exceed revenue objectives and promote business growth.
Furthermore, she possesses excellent networking and lead development skills and is responsible for creating and executing the company's growth strategies. Her work spans marketing, product development, and data analysis, all aimed at increasing revenue, expanding the customer base, and improving customer retention.
Mrs. Mukhamadalieva is also tasked with optimizing the revenue funnel, which is crucial for customer growth, acquisition, retention, and upselling. Every company aspires to optimize its revenue, and this involves achieving consistent growth.
Mr. Collin has been appointed as the Strategic & Business Development Manager for the company. He has extensive experience in the Malaysian retail industry, with 20 years of experience working for major players such as Carrefour and Mydin Group of Companies.
Additionally, he has experience in internal auditing for KFC Holdings and has a solid background in finance, having spent several years in the banking and finance sector. He possesses strong business acumen, along with analytical and strategic planning skills. Mr. Collin holds a certificate accredited by the KPI Institute, confirming his expertise as a KPI Professional and Practitioner. He is independent, able to work well under pressure, and is characterized by strong work ethics and a goal-oriented mindset.
Ms. Jamuna has been appointed as the Business Development Executive for both the Malaysian and Uzbekistan business markets.
